On the journey where we strive to repay our children the possessions we borrowed from them, we are working towards a greener world with our best efforts.
By recycling used cooking oil, we reduce water pollution and contribute to renewable energy production.
We strive to make paper and glass waste recyclable by sorting them.
Sharing surplus food with our pets, we aim to minimize food waste.
We collaborate with local producers, offering our guests the Olive Oil of Çanakkale, the Wine of Kırklareli, the Cheese of Kütahya, and Kömbe of Hatay.
In our events, in collaboration with Ege Orman, we plant 10 trees for every 100 guests.
Using drone technology in partnership with ecording, we are shooting seed balls to nature.
We are also making a small contribution to the global climate crisis.
We are counting down to become Turkey’s first Certified Sustainable Catering company with EcoCook® Certificate.
